As you know I am a devout fan of room-temperature-yoga. Flows are my favorite classes -- I like the heat generated by the constant movement, and I also find it's easier to clear my mind and focus on the yoga. If there is too much space between poses I often start to think about all the things I *should* be doing instead of taking care of myself like returning emails or paying bills or what colour I should get at my next pedi.

If you're looking for classes at other studios look out for "vinyasa" classes, which is the sanskrit word for the flows between poses.
