I play summer softball with them and have four years and we're consistently baffled by their lack of organization, poor communication practice around rain outs (even though they have email and phone numbers for everyone in the league) and their unwillingness to help resolve conflicts that their own ineptitude caused. That said, I really like playing sports so I kinda just suck it up. Nice post. These guys are brutal. This organization is a little bit ridiculous for sure.
